Losing 165 pounds changed my life — but the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical. It was gaining confidence, strength, and learning how to truly believe in myself again.

I know firsthand how overwhelming fitness can feel because I’ve lived through the struggles, setbacks, and self-doubt. That experience is what drives my passion for helping other women create realistic, sustainable results without extreme diets or impossible standards.
